Shipping Policy

Every crystal is hand-picked and carefully packed at our Manly store, so it arrives safely and ready to bring good energy into your space.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If your order is urgent, leave a note at checkout or email us at hello@skcrystal.com and we will do our best to help.

Shipping within Australia
- Standard shipping from $12.50, usually 2 to 6 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping from $14.30, usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout. Large or heavy pieces may cost more to send.

Local pickup
You can choose free pickup from our store at 35 Sydney Road, Manly NSW 2095. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.

International shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada and Ireland. Rates are calculated by weight at checkout (from $15 to New Zealand, from $28 to Ireland and from $35 to the US and Canada). Delivery usually takes 6 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or damaged parcels
Crystals are natural and delicate, and we pack every piece with care. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@skcrystal.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will make it right.
